Abstract Submission for ICPRE2023

You are invited to submit an abstract for ICPRE2023: Envisioning the Prospects of Prevention and Therapeutics in Diabetes.
The conference will take place on Friday and Saturday, 10th-11th March 2023.

 
Submission Tracks:

Track 1: Faculty, Consultants, Specialists, Scientists, Graduate Students, and other professionals.
Track 2: Undergraduate Students
Note: Track 1 is an exclusive poster session; only presenting authors will be allowed to attend this session. 

 
Language & Content 

All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form (325 words max.).

 
General Conditions
  1. 1. Please note that only electronic submissions will be considered.
    2. Abstracts must be submitted maximum by Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 – 11:59 PM.
    3. Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Friday, March 3rd, 2023. 
    4. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters on Friday and Saturday, 10th -11th of March 2023.
  2. 5. Participation is accepted for the Poster Presentation; nevertheless, the Top 10 abstracts will be selected for Podium Presentation.
    6. Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. However, it is possible to withdraw an abstract five days after notification of acceptance.
    7. If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his travel and accommodation expenses. 
 
Presenting Author and Registration:

1. Please verify that your email address is correct, as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.
2. Disclosure: Abstract authors are required to disclose any conflict of interest.
3. It is the submitter’s responsibility to ensure that all co-authors approve the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation.
4. All presenters should be registered for the conference before the 6th of March 2023.
5. Abstract authors must consent to the Policies of Abstract Submission.
6. Scientific Board of ICPRE reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program that is not followed by a participant registration at the latest five days after notification of acceptance.

 
Contents of Your Abstract:
  1. 1. Original works, reviews, and case reports of clinical and diagnostic aspects, nursing care, pharmacy-related work, nutrition-related investigation, epidemiological and public health studies, basic sciences research, and other health-related will be accepted.
    2. The research work related to the etiology, diagnosis, prevention, management, public health, and complications of diabetes topics is highly encouraged.
    3. The abstract text body is limited to 2250 characters, including spaces (around 325 words). (Please do not include the title and the author’s information in the text body [i.e. names, credentials, and affiliations]; this information will be required in the submission form). 
    4. There are no limitations on the number of abstracts that an individual can submit. 
    5. The abstract must include the following structure:
         a. Background: A brief introduction about the topic.
         b. Aim: Clearly state the purpose of the abstract.
         c. Methods: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects clearly.
  2.      d. Results: Present your results in a logical sequence in the text, table, and illustrations.
  3.      e. Discussion/Conclusions: Emphasize new and important aspects of the study and the conclusions drawn from them.
    6. No identifying features such as names of authors, hospitals, medical schools, clinics, or cities may be listed in the title or abstract text as a "blinded" review process will be used. Instead, you will be asked to enter the name(s) of the author(s) when you submit your abstract online.
    7. Statements such as “results will be discussed” or “data will be presented” cannot be accepted.
 
Awards:

• Abstracts and Posters will be evaluated by a panel of renowned professors and clinicians chosen by the ICPRE2023 Scientific Board.
• Top 10 abstracts will be invited for Podium presentation.
• Top three winners will be awarded for both Poster and Podium presentation after the “Panel Discussion.”
• Certificates will be awarded only for presenting authors.
